All beginnings, even commercial ones, are driven purely by emotion; and ours was a simple but profound one - To Bring The Best In Financial Services; initially to East Africa and ultimately to the entire continent.  In 1988 our founder Sultan Khimji incorporated the African Finance Company which commenced operations as Fidelity Finance Limited in 1992, and eventually progressed its status to a full-fledged commercial bank in 1996.  Ever since, we have actively been at the forefront of customer satisfaction through hi-tech banking services.
 
 
• The Present
 

We are present from the core to the coast with six fully equipped branches in the Kenyan cities of Nairobi, Diani, Malindi and Mombasa. The drawing board is bubbling with excitement as there are 3 more branches planned in the cities of Nairobi, Central Highlands (Meru/Nyeri) and Eldoret. With this national coverage, we are offering financial support and expertise to all Kenyans who wish to expand their operations to the coast and vice-versa. 

 
 
• Beyond The Horizon
 
Six Floors of Banking Heaven – An apt description for our upcoming Fidelity Bank Center in Westlands, Nairobi.  Powered by intelligent infrastructure and responsive staff, this center shall be a hub for all Kenyans to avail the best in banking and financial services.  The center shall also play host to our vision team which is finalizing strategic alliances with international banking institutions and also leading us to a public listing on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.  We are also negotiating with like-minded banks in Tanzania and Uganda to encompass the whole of East Africa in our geographical scope of services.
